About Reflexologist Ashley Sajdik
Ashley is a local Collingwood reflexology practitioner and the only registered practitioner in Ontario to be certified and insured for both human and animal reflexology by the Reflexology Association of Canada.
She has been a practising reflexology for human clients at Crowe Reflexology in Collingwood for the past three years. At the start of 2023 she expanded her private practice to include reflexology support to both the canine and equine communities.
Ashley has a gentle touch with humans and animals alike, and has always been drawn to holistic, somatic based healing modalities. She is a second generation reflexologist, and works side by side with her mother at Crowe Reflexology in Collingwood.

Ashley's passion for healing doesn't stop at animals, her training in Reflexology has expanded for people as well.
She has specialized in chronic foot pain, Lymphatic Drainage and Menopause Reflexology. Ashley is recognized by the Reflexology Association of Canada to be the first practitioner to work with animals and humans.
Ashley is dedicated to supporting and providing the right holistic support for her clients needs.
